Sanctuary Arts Alliance, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The specific and primary purpose for which this corporation is formed is to act as a not-for-profit corporation that, independently and in collaboration with other institutions, organizations and government agencies, promotes the cultural welfare of San Miguel, Mora and Guadalupe Counties, their communities and peoples, through the initiation, organization and conduct of music, arts and cultural events in appropriate venues throughout the counties served, intended to enrich the life of those communities and generate funds to be distributed as scholarship support for students from those countries pursuing education and training in music, the arts and cultural endeavors.
